The Malta-Ghana Business Chamber of Commerce is the official platform promoting trade, investment, business networking and economic cooperation between Malta and Ghana — supporting businesses, investors, entrepreneurs, government institutions and strategic partners as they build lasting commercial relationships across both markets.

Governance

The Board meets quarterly to review the Chamber's strategic priorities, financial position and member programmes. Directors serve fixed terms under MGBCC's Constitution, with oversight of the Secretariat's day-to-day operations.

The Board reviews the Constitution periodically to ensure it reflects the Chamber's growth and the needs of its membership.

Amendments are proposed by the Board and approved by the membership in accordance with the procedure set out in the Constitution itself.
